Sensitive teeth are a general problem that is very unpalatable. Why teeth become sensitive and what should we do when we got it? Sensitive teeth are the condition in which the teeth have a reaction to food or drink that too hot, too cold, sour, or sweet.   • To avoid triggered by pain, we should avoid foods and beverages that too sweet, sour, hot, and cold.
  • Consult our dentist if our complaints are getting worse.
  • Ensure adequate calcium. Eat calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, cheese, and milk. Calcium is needed for healthy bones and teeth.
